Intended use
The SureFood® FISH ID Salmo trutta IAAC (R&D Version) is a real-time PCR for the direct, qualitative detection of a specific trout (Salmo trutta) DNA sequence.
Each reaction contains an internal amplification control and an internal detection assay for vertebrates DNA (IAAC).
General Information
The real-time PCR assay can be used with established real-time PCR instruments, equipped for detection of two fluorescence emissions at the channels FAM and VIC/HEX at the same time.
