Intended use
The test detects European hake (Merluccius merluccius) DNA. Each reaction contains an internal amplification control and an internal detection assay for animal DNA (IAAC).
General Information
The real-time PCR assay can be used with established real-time PCR instruments, equipped for detection of two fluorescence emissions at 522 nm and 553 nm at the same time.
