Piastre pronte all’uso

Le piastre con terreno di coltura pronte all’uso sono lo strumento ideale per il monitoraggio dello stato d’igiene. Le piastre, di rapido e facile utilizzo, contengono terreni di coltura specifici che promuovono la crescita di microorganismi selezionati.

Terreni di coltura come quelli dei nostri prodotti Compact Dry e RIDA®STAMP semplificano significativamente lo studio della microbiologia degli alimenti. L’analisi si fonda sulla coltivazione del microorganismo su terreni standard appositamente modificati. Il principio della rilevazione si basa su specifici substrati cromogenici che vengono decomposti in prodotti colorati dal metabolismo dei microorganismi. Dopo un periodo d’incubazione è facile verificare se i vari parametri erano presenti nel campione alimentare o sulla superficie esaminata.

Compact Dry – piastre di terreno asciutto pronte all’uso per la microbiologia degli alimenti

La linea di prodotti Compact Dry si basa sull’impiego di pad con terreno di coltura pronto all’uso per la coltivazione di microorganismi e vanta numerose applicazioni nell’analisi microbiologica degli alimenti. Per il loro facile utilizzo e l’impiego di una tecnica di rilevazione specifica, le piastre consentono all’utilizzatore di ridurre in buona misura la durata complessiva del test microbiologico. In questo modo è possibile massimizzare produttività ed efficienza delle analisi eseguite. Compact Dry è un metodo alternativo collaudato e affidabile per l’analisi microbiologica dei campioni alimentari e un eccellente metodo per il monitoraggio dello stato d’igiene delle superfici. In combinazione con il sistema di prelievo dei campioni Promedia ST-25 (art. Z0302) è possibile eseguire analisi delle superfici mediante tampone in maniera semplice ed efficiente. Data la struttura reticolare dei tamponi di terreno colturale delle piastre Compact Dry, queste si prestano particolarmente per l’incubazione di filtri a membrana dopo la filtrazione di campioni alimentari liquidi (acqua, bevande). Le piastre Compact Dry possono essere conservate a temperatura ambiente fino a due anni. La maggior parte dei test sono validati in accordo con ISO 16140 e/o AOAC-RI.

RIDA®STAMP – piastre agar di facile utilizzo per contatto diretto

La linea di prodotti RIDA®STAMP è disponibile in aggiunta alle piastre dei test Compact Dry. Queste piastre agar pronte all’uso sono state sviluppate per essere applicate direttamente sulla superficie da analizzare e consistono in una pratica e maneggevole piastra da contatto contenente uno specifico agar. Si tratta di un metodo semplice ed efficace per effettuare controlli regolari e mirati dello stato d’igiene. Le piastre possono essere applicate direttamente sulle superfici piane all’interno dell’area di produzione oppure su un campione alimentare solido. RIDA®STAMP si basa su una particolare piastra di Petri in plastica contenente uno specifico agar. L’applicazione è molto semplice: basta aprire la piastra, premerla sulla superficie, incubare, eseguire la conta, ed è fatta! Le piastre di Petri sono facilmente impilabili nell’incubatore grazie alla loro speciale forma e alle loro piccole dimensioni. Analogamente, occupano poco spazio quando vengono conservate nel frigorifero. Rispetto ad altri sistemi analitici basati sui sistemi agar, le piastre agar RIDA®STAMP hanno una lunga stabilità.
