Intended use
The test detects Alaska pollock (Gadus chalcogrammus or Theragra chalcogramma) DNA. Each reaction contains an internal amplification control and an internal detection assay for animal DNA (IAAC).
General Information
The real-time PCR assay can be used with established real-time PCR instruments, equipped for detection of two fluorescence emissions at 522 nm and 553 nm at the same time.
