Intended use
The SureFood® ANIMAL ID 3plex Rat/Mouse+IAAC is a real-time PCR kit for the direct, qualitative detection and differentiation of specific Brown rat (Rattus norvegicus), Black rat (Rattus rattus) and House mouse (Mus musculus) DNA sequences.
General Information
The real-time PCR assay can be performed with commonly used real-time PCR instruments, equipped for detection of three fluorescence emissions at the channels FAM, VIC/HEX and Cy5 at the same time. The technical validation of instruments was performed on Agilent Mx3005P, Agilent AriaDx, Bio-Rad CFX96, BioRad CFX 96 Dx, R-Biopharm RIDA®CYCLER, Roche LightCycler® 480 II and Qiagen Rotor-Gene Q.
